Lucid Dream Adventure

The art and theme of the game are fantastic. I love dream games. Very similar to Shape of Dreams, Dreams in the Witch House, Dream Cards, Bag of Dreams, and many others in the fact that it has "dream" in it's name. The middle mouse button does not close the inventory and this has not been fixed, it is frustrating because you won't see all the art.

Didn't expect this to be my first game with complete 100% achievements. Either way... despite everything, I do reccoment this game. Kind of. I almost love it. I didn't buy Fran Bow because I know the story by heart and I needed something that actually would be interesting to play than reread text that I can quote with closed eyes. And this game did its job pretty well. It is a very, very good game and can hook you in for hours. It was very fun and interesting to play it, I feel bad that this game ended, despite that on some levels the puzzles were more on the harder side, but I am glad that there are hints here and there. Though I was quite annoyed that when I needed a hint the most it was imply unavaliable! Plus the planet and the clock level were terribly annoying. Speaking of the game ending, I think it was almost rushed or unfinished, you go through a whole game for the sake of... what? A simple one minute ending where everything is fine and everyone are happy? Either it had to be longer or genuinely returning the father would have had been better choice. A challenging puzzler with beautiful art work.

Artwork 9/10 Music 7/10 Game design 1/10 Fun Factor 0/10 Notes: It was painfully clear that the designers did not have the first clue as to what they wanted to do with the storyline for this game. The player has to resort to "solving" pointlessly ambiguous puzzles that have no bearing on the storyline whatsoever. The entire game fell apart from the beginining, with the only real challange being to complete this game before you lose patience with it.

Beautiful art style. Very alice in wonderland-esque. Also reminds me a bit of rusty lake. All in all very worthwhile

This game is so great. Well made and I love the design
