At it's core, this game is at it's best when it is fast and loose. I really enjoyed jumping into the dungeon, dying, and immediately jumping straight back in to try again. Unfortunately that's also where it's biggest problems arise too. The main issue was the way that collisions and movement interacted. I took a lot of damage very frequently because I was caught on the edge of a wall or obstacle, even if it's just the corner of an object. The walls in general were a big difficulty because every surface is so sharp and rigid it made moving around a battle area sometimes feel like it was impossible to not stumble around and take hits. I also had issues with the main weapon options. While every weapon DOES feel different and has a different playstyle with different strengths, many of their drawbacks GREATLY overshowed them. When choosing a weapon I found myself choosing what would be the least of the unwieldy options, rather than choosing for their strength or playstyle. I think with some adjustments to make the experience flow better between play sessions...and within play sessions... This game can really shine in it's ability to rush you into fast and engaging combat encounters…

This game has so many bugs its unplayable right now.
