Players consistently criticize the game's technical issues, particularly severe pathfinding bugs where units get stuck, harvesters fail to resume work automatically, and loading/saving cause extended freezes. The interface also frustrates players with missing quality-of-life features like adjustable game speed and scroll speed, repetitive music with no shuffle option, and unbalanced difficulty that heavily favors enemies. Despite these widespread complaints about the game feeling unpolished and beta-like, a few players appreciate the underlying design and potential, hoping the developers conti

Super fun callback to C&C classics. Really nice unit and mission variety. fun FMV cutscenes. Can't wait to see what they do in coming updates and with future projects.

C&C Slop, but in a good way. But: They have to deliver HARD here. They promised much, but atm the game got only a few features. So save your money if you wanna go the safe way. Atm its a C&C Reskin with High School FMVs.

After nearly five hours, I can recommend Dying Breed. It already feels like a very promising take on classic C&C style RTS games. What stood out most to me is its personality. The live-action videos, exaggerated performances and voice acting have the charm of a low-budget 1980s B-movie. Better still, the game commits to the bit from beginning to end. What initially seems awkward soon becomes genuinely funny and gives Dying Breed an identity of its own. It is still in Early Access and has some issues, like errors saving during missions and QoL features. Still, I feel the foundation is strong and I have enjoyed playing it. I hope the developers continue polishing it and take it all the way to the final release.

As an official UNC, I must say this game is solid. I've played through all the C&C games, Starcraft etc. My fav games have always been RTS. Dying Breed captures all that and more, its like a weird blend of Tiberium Sun and C&C 1-2. I love the EAO haha especially the TorsoMan, I mean come on based, plus their destroying the liberal world order. The pure cheese mini movies are gold too, I just cant help but love this game and hope all the best for the devs. You guys have created a life long fan, keep up the good work. PS...Give TorsoMan a little bit of Buffing, he a solid unit but dogs and other weaker units instant kill him..its sad, increase his range and armor stats, since he already hurts himself firing, give the guy a break :)
