Orbital Clash is an turn-based tactical/strategic game in an austere retro graphic design.
Developed by a single author for his own entertainment and made available publicly.

Game Features

• Control and protect your HQ against aggressive aliens or a human opponent.
• Mine resources and build your infrastructure on a procedurally generated planet system.
• Build and dispatch your battleships and carriers into intense space battles.
• Settle and terraform worlds with dynamic weather and terrain.
• Dominte the system in or just try to survive for as long as possible.

Game Modes

• CLEANSING – Destroy alien infestation and secure the whole system.
• SURVIVAL – Try to save your bare life in the waves of aggressive alien queens and their offspring.
• COOPERATIVE and COMPETETIVE MULTIPLAYER – Play all modes either with our against another player.
• ARCADE – Casual gameplay with simple tasks and gradually increasing difficulty.
• TUTORIAL and BEGINNER mode – Helps to overcome seemingly complicated controls and steep learning curve.

Game mechanics

• TURN-BASED strategy – Set up the movement of units, attack with weapons, build and manage your infrastructure and defences.
• PROPULSION movement – Spaceships move along trajectories with gradual acceleration and braking. Don't overshoot your destination.
• TERRAFORMATION– Dynamic planet environment with the possibility of terraforming to improve your situation or to make your's opponent's life much worse.
• MAP and GAME LOGS – Keep the situational awareness with a minimap and detailed log of game events.
• Optional FOG OF WAR – Search fo enemy spaceships or alien entities.
