Dino Tower Arena

Pretty fun game. Its nice to play from time to time. It could do with more maps, items, etc. Also, sometimes the boss randomly crashes the game? (This was fixed very quickly. A very incredible dev!)

[h3]PROS: [/h3] I'm a big fan of rogue and the like and this game is an adorable dino shooter. It's straight to the point and [i]only for $4?![/i] what you see in the trailer is [b]exactly[/b] how it plays. it's fast pace, colorful ( [i]but not eye-straining[/i] ), and easy to understand. [h3]CONS: [/h3] I wish there were a few more map variations, after sometime it feels a bit repetitive with only a few map types changing colors. The shop could also use a few tweaks: [list] [*] a label for how much the reroll is [*] a way to see what your items do when switching them out so you can compare a bit better [*] when you unlock a new item it takes up the whole shop so you can only buy that before getting any other items in the shop [/list] for a game ≤ $5 and made by one person, it's a [b]9/10[/b]

Cheap and enjoyable! A fun little indie game with a cool artstyle and a good gameplay loop. The different dinos you can play as feel distinct, but they're all balanced and fun in their own ways! Not the most replayable since you're just being put in an arena with enemies repeatedly, but it's fun to return to every now and then.

Dino Tower Arena is a classic, fast-paced, casual action game with roguelike mechanics, such as turn-based gameplay and permanent death. It’s simple yet effective, and I’m sure it’ll provide hours of fun. The only reason I’m not giving it the Game of the Year award is because the goat was missing. The Ankylosaurus.

Really cool, cheap, and well designed. Had a great time with it!
