✦ AI summary

Endoparasitic 2 is praised by players for its distinctive and uncomfortable survival-horror design that revolves around manual control mechanics tied to the protagonist's injuries and parasitic infection, creating a memorable and engaging experience. Common complaints center on the ammo economy feeling too restrictive, though overall players consider it a fun and worthwhile survival game.

Endoparasitic 2 takes a brutally simple survival-horror premise and turns it into one of the more unusual approaches to vulnerability in the genre. Developed by Miziziziz and published by Deep Root Interactive, the game places you in control of a survivor who has lost three limbs and is carrying a deadly parasite. Rather than treating those injuries as background material, the entire control system revolves around them. You must drag yourself through an infested arcship, deal with grotesque mutated creatures, manage limited supplies, and somehow prevent the parasite from reaching your brain. It is uncomfortable by design, and that commitment gives the game a distinctive personality. The most memorable aspect is how movement and interaction work. Nearly everything is controlled manually, with the mouse acting almost like the protagonist's remaining functional arm. Moving through corridors requires physically dragging yourself along instead of simply running with traditional movement controls. The concept sounds intentionally awkward, and it certainly requires adjustment, but the awkwardness becomes an important source of tension. When a monster approaches, even retreating is an act…
