Fruitimo! is a charming collectathon with vibrant visuals and appealing character design that particularly resonates with younger players, though players consistently note it can be completed in just 20-30 minutes with straightforward mechanics and minimal difficulty. The main criticisms center on its brevity, lack of graphics settings options, and performance issues that undermine the experience even on recommended specs.

Fruitimo!

I've come to an expectation that this game is gonna be a fun but short game. It seems that I've gained the full experience for less than 30 minutes. The art-style and the level design is great. My overall experience with the game is not great. The game is not optimized, it's way too short, and it's way too easy. Overall, I like the style of the game but I got bored of it after 30 minutes and the game is not optimized specially on the recommended PC specs.

Wow this game is fun but its short like only half an hour in total but its worth it for £4 odd. Ill be buying the second game in the series for sure. simply collect 200 fruits scattered around 3 big areas with a hoover type weapon at your disposal. Fun Fun Fun :)

this is a solid collectathon that doesnt overstay its short welcome. it's got a lot of character packed into such a quick experience that i ended up just wandering around and enjoying the small things the game has to offer! also mmmmm 200 fruit smoothie.

This looks like a perfect game for the Steam Deck right? Well, it does but it's not. Far from it, it is a slide show. No settings, VERY simple gameplay. For kids basically. But beautiful. I won't give a negative review because I want the devs to make a better game. They already have the skills!

Taking my time I beat this game in about 20 minutes. It was short and easy, but surprisingly good for what it was. I got it as a "free" game from HumbleBundle as one of their monthly subscription games so I can't say if it is worth the money to buy it, but it is amazingly flushed out mechanically for what it is. Actual game review. There is no settings anywhere in the game that I could find and only 3 character functions outside of basic movements. You have the attack, (launching juice(?) at whatever is indicated as the target.) collect, (a vacuum like suction that will draw fruit in from a little distance away.) and scan (similar to other games to an extend, but it pulls your screen towards the closes fruit and only highlights fruit within an undefined distance.) Fruit and map are well designed, achievements are all easy to get and will trigger just by following the basic gameplay style. Once you collect fruit and turn them in the game ends. I didn't turn in until I had everything, but the fact that you can get a "score" similar to Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (C, B, A, S, SS, SSS kind of scoring.) then I assume that turning in before having all the fruit will result in a lower sc…
