Slime Dreamscape

The goal of the game is to help the slime reach its favorite cake. But getting there isn’t as easy as it sounds. The core mechanic is all about momentum. You slide the slime across the playing field, but you can only stop when you hit a wall. This simple concept grows more complex as stages introduce increasingly tricky layouts. The real challenge kicks in with colored walls. These barriers only become solid if you’ve consumed the corresponding colored circle. You can only hold one color at a time, so walls of other colors will be as good as non-existent, sending you hurtling off into space if you try to rely on them. There are also other mechanics such keys that can be collected if you have the right color, portals that throws you out depending on the direction, spiky blocks that kill you, and gravity switches. This is the most intriguing feature. When you collect a gravity switch item, the game’s mechanics completely change. The once slippery puzzle transforms into a platformer, giving you free control over the slime along with a jump ability.
