The Ouroboros King combines the strategic depth of chess with the build variety and replayability of roguelikes. Assemble a formidable army, discover powerful relics, and buy surprising gadgets to defeat the Coven.
- Build the Ultimate Army: Combine classic and new fairy chess pieces, relics that give them bonuses, and consumable items that grant you temporary advantages to create a formidable army.
- Perfect Your Strategy: You can only move one piece per turn, so you must choose carefully. Make your troops work together to obliterate the enemy army.
- Another Chance: If you're defeated you can go back to action on another timeline, where the path to victory will change: different map, different enemies, different rewards... in true roguelike spirit.
- Lots of end-game options to dial up the difficulty to insane levels.
- Same-device multiplayer, challenge your friends to chess games with lots of unique pieces.

The witch hunter achievement has got to be considered a torture device. for how little content this game has it sure has a way to surprise you with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it throws your way. (Did you know enemy martyr's explosion bypasses Protective Shield? Yeah! It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but it works!) Sidenote, I can not fathom how the musketeer piece made it into the final version of the game. Literally guaranteed to be out of danger after killing an unit. that's so cool man, so fun to fight multiple of. At the least you can use stupid ♥♥♥♥ like the prince and the immortal. good god is the prince busted1 found this helpful
Interesting concept but too underdeveloped and unfinished to be a $10 game
play against stockfish its the same experience
