Photographer's Life Simulator

I'm thoroughly enjoying this game. I saw one or two negative reviews about the game being janky, but it's a simulator game under $10, of course it's a little janky. Gives it some personality. I've put in 3 hours tonight and want to keep playing but I need to go to bed, so that bodes pretty well for the game. I enjoy the little 'side jobs' of street photography and working with the journalist. The employees do their jobs. Haven't run into any bugs or anything. There's pettable stray dogs and you can have a pet cat. The game seems to have pretty good and consistent progression, I haven't run into any weird situations where it takes too long to earn enough money to unlock the next thing or whatever. The printers don't run out of ink super fast, the cameras work as intended. All just seems like smooth sailing. Not sure what more you can ask for really, not for $10!

Pleasantly surprised with the depth of mechanics and care put into this game. I can appreciate that they made it a little tricky but once you figured out things, it was clear what the customer wanted in their shoot. There were goofy moments and the AI was funny. Would throw boxes at random people again, and pet all the pups!

This game captures the photography vibe better than I expected. The job system keeps you going with that “one more task” feeling, the progression is satisfying, and upgrading your gear/work flow stays motivating throughout. While shooting, you actually have to pay attention to framing, lighting, and distance—it’s not just point and click, which makes it more enjoyable. The atmosphere is chill and it’s great for relaxing. If you’re into photography or you like career/progression loops in simulator games, I can easily recommend it.
