Ocean Pop Calypso Collision is a sea creature themed suika / watermelon merge style game. It has beautifully hand designed super cute critters and colourful backgrounds. The soundtrack is a number of happy calypso tracks, which will have you humming along in no time without being distracting. The gameplay mechanics are very simple. There is a tutorial if you want to use it and the game does issue helpful prompts. I love this game. I previously played open world type games and sunk hundreds of hours into them, so this was a new style for me. Recently I hadn’t been able to play on anything but I saw these cuties and gave it a go. I’m hooked! The game has two modes: Casual and Challenge. Both are very fun depending on how you feel. I like to play Casual if I’m having a bad brain day - it is the only thing I have found to calm me and clear my head. Those chunky whales are pure joy. I like to play Challenge when I’m feeling in the mood for a chuckle (I recommend turning up the bounciness for extra chaos). The sound effects in this level are perfect. Can you ever have too big a fish? I don’t think you can. A light and breezy take on the merge game that’s super chill to play, cute to look at and - this is the important bit - has a squid. More games should have a squid. Anyway. Enjoying myself with it! Lovely to pop on when I’m feeling a bit grumpy and need some cheering up.

It's a lovely, charming casual game that's perfect for relaxing with. It's very satisfying to get bigger and bigger sea creatures and I'm having a lovely time with it. I've been playing for quite a while now, enjoying it and figuring out strategies for higher scores... still enjoying it and I def. recommend!! UPDATE: New game mode is awesome! Great when you're a bit short on time and just a really nice, fun experience. Really enjoying the game.

This is a hugely addictive little puzzle game. Compared with other similar games, the fact that this is physics-based really helps to make it stand out more and adds to the enjoyment (and sometimes frustration!) of it! The music matches the tone of the game perfectly and will be in your head for a while after playing... The dev has also obviously put a lot of time and effort into localised translations which will definitely be appreciated by many. Looking forward to see where they go to next with future releases!

Great little Game to sink time into. Gives a little bit of a competitive edge with a leader board for high scores making it surprisingly addictive. Would recommend
