Bro really trapped us inside the ultimate "skuf" simulator surrounded by empty cans and endless tank games. Walking around this claustrophobic nightmare while a dude named Fred breathes down your neck is peak indie jank. 10/10 for the unhinged meme energy, but actually playing it feels like a fever dream you can't wake up from.

WTF is this game? You wake up in a strange house and find some weird men and other strange stuff. This game doesn't take itself seriously. There are a lot of memes and nonsensical stuff. The gameplay is simple, basically a walking simulator, and it's very short (around 30 minutes). There are some decent jump scares here and there. Scary Level: 2/5 | Game Rating: 5/10
--- Check out my curator page to discover more horror games: The Horror Archives

Very rarely does a game title tell you the entire plot before you have even clicked Install, but this one manages it. I woke up with a pounding headache in a dim, creaking house, and within minutes I understood exactly what the title had warned me about. Nobody prepares you for how quickly a joke premise turns genuinely unsettling. Creaking floorboards, dim lighting and whispering shadows do a lot of the heavy lifting for the atmosphere. Every room feels like another layer of someone's very specific and very sad lifestyle. Near the start you meet Fred, a fellow prisoner who has clearly made peace with his situation, which is somehow the scariest part. Don't expect him to be entirely straightforward, though, because he is one of the more ambiguous guide characters I have come across. It swings between horror and absurd comedy constantly, and more often than not the tonal whiplash works. One minute I was creeping around trying not to be noticed, and the next I was laughing at something I cannot describe here without spoiling it. If you have ever lived with a flatmate who treated tank games and lager as a personality, this will hit uncomfortably close to home. Stealth sections are s…
