Shooty Shooty Robot Invasion

a poor excuse for someone to display their rip off cartoon network ren and stimpy inspired artwork with a tinge of vaporwave color scheme. looking around with the mouse feels miserable with some kind of insane amount of mouse smoothing or sway happening. couple that with horrible performance that barely maintains 60fps tugging at the mouse also and it feels like some kind of imprisonment. the minimum or recommended specs for the game make 0 sense considering it uses over 4gb of vram and 1.5 GIGABYTES of memory, lets assume 4mb is a typo but shame for letting it sit forever and further shame if its some kind of joke. imagine a food with lololol ingredients and nutrition facts that don't reflect the product. without joking its report worthy. i wouldn't even play it if it was free. only seek this out if you are desperate for some kind of interactive ripoff episode of whatever inspired the art. theres a lot of pressing e to skip really lame dialogue but don't worry theres cursing so its cool

I am going to tell my kids that this is what deflock was all about. Very unique game, amazing artstyle and animations, great story aswell as fun movement but the gunplay is lacking and not really satisfying, aswell as the unskippable dialouge, which makes up the majority of the gameplay is just diabolical though and makes this one hell of a tedious experience. (6.9/10)

There is absolutely no reason for this game to run as poorly as it does. I wasn't able to maintain stable 60fps and that was with inconsistent frame times. The mouse look has some of the most Vaseline-in-my-soul acceleration I have ever seen and the combat wasn't engaging in any way. There are no audio settings and the npc dialogue is paced painfully slowly with no way to skip ahead. The art is unique and I do like the hand drawn cartoon look, but it is tied to an absolutely miserable play experience.

The gun play and combat is fine. It doesnt really get that much interesting and all the bosses are kinda easy tbh. But the story is great, LOVE the art style and dialogue as well. The message behind AI and capitalism is provocative as well!

VERY underrated. dialogue is funny asf, characters are great, gameplay is good, pls get it if you can. Deserves alot more attention imo
