About Cargo, Please!

In Cargo, Please!, you play as a delivery truck driver taking on shipments across three cities. Each job starts the same way: accept a shipment, pick it up, and deliver it to the drop-off point. The twist is that not every delivery is safe, simple, or legal, and the police are always watching. The game focuses on replayable, fast-paced driving mixed with a cozy, lighthearted tone. Shipments are smartly auto-generated, so no two runs feel exactly the same. Some deliveries are quick and easy, others are long, timed, or more fragile. Damaging your cargo can cost you, so how you drive matters just as much as how fast you go.As you complete deliveries, you earn money and experience. Over time, you upgrade your truck to handle better shipments, unlock new trucks, access new cities, and expand your list of playable characters. Progress is steady and satisfying, built around improving your skills and pushing your limits without turning the game into a hardcore simulation. The world is open, with a full day and night cycle and dynamic cozy weather that changes how each drive feels. Between deliveries, you can switch things up in Taxi Driver Mode, offering a more relaxed way to explore the cities and enjoy the driving mechanics.Cargo, Please! is not about realism or long stories. It is about sinking into the loop of picking up jobs, driving fast, avoiding trouble, and slowly building a better delivery setup, one shipment at a time.

 • Take on a wide variety of cargo deliveries across three cities in an open world with a day and night cycle and dynamic weather.
 • Choose between light, mid, and heavy trucking, each offering a different driving feel and delivery challenge.
 • Shipments are auto-generated and come in multiple tiers, including easy, long, timed, and special deliveries, some of which attract police attention.
 • Cargo health plays a major role, rewarding careful driving even when things get fast and chaotic.
 • Truck customization lets you change paints, wheels, and trucks as you progress, and your vehicle can be upgraded to accept better-paying and riskier shipments.
 • Taxi Driver Mode offers a change of pace, while controller support and Steam Deck support make the game easy to pick up and play.

The game is straight forward. I find it to be pretty okay. The game executes exactly what it is providing, and the price is fair.

Cargo, Please! takes the familiar idea of transporting goods from one destination to another and reshapes it into an approachable arcade-style driving experience built around quick decisions, risky shortcuts, and steady progression. Developed by Cyber752 Games and published by indie.io, the game avoids the demanding realism normally associated with trucking simulators. Instead, it concentrates on the immediate satisfaction of accepting a delivery, collecting the cargo, navigating through busy streets, and reaching the customer while keeping the shipment in good condition. The premise is intentionally simple, but several interconnected systems give each journey enough unpredictability to make completing another job tempting. Deliveries form the heart of the experience, and they are generated with different conditions rather than following only a rigid sequence of identical missions. Some assignments are straightforward transportation jobs, while others involve longer distances, strict deadlines, fragile goods, or questionable cargo that can attract police attention. This variety creates a pleasant balance between relaxed driving and sudden pressure. A normal trip can be handled car…

Just a simple, super chill delivery game. Having to use the analogue stick as a cursor to select some things isn't my favorite thing, but it's serviceable. Game feels well optimized. Great little indie title.

Admittedly, I have yet to play enough of this game to see all of what it has to offer, but I think I've played enough to discuss most of my prepared points. This game does a lot of things very well! A lot of core gameplay elements that people take for granted were done with exceptional quality. The mini-map has a level of simplicity that makes it perfectly usable without being too flat or introducing clutter. The day/night cycle combined with the overall lighting blends together seamlessly, and adds a lovely warmth to the game's aesthetic. I appreciate the tutorial not holding you hostage and letting you get started in good time. I must also give credit to the polish done on the game's menus and UI, they are responsive and very clean to read and navigate. While I don't have any "negatives" per se, I do think there could be some neat additions to emphasize the already good elements. One point I have is regarding the radio. Since it starts up instantly during the tutorial, I found it a tad distracting while also reading cues, a bit of sensory overload. As I looked for an option to temporarily turn off the radio, I didn't find it, though it could be I was blind and missed it in whic…
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Simple, yet very fun to play!
-user friendly! -UI is so so good! -No boring tutorials or complex menus you can jump right into the action. -time killer game!(so good to have jobs that i forgot that I'm on my job also HAHAHA!) -there's a community on discord for the latest updates also -awesome dynamic weather, and full day-night cycles. -stress-relieving -best delivery game for unwinding after a long day! -saving up to upgrade your truck and change parts or paint feels so rewarding -different cargo types like fragile or illegal shipments add a nice bit of thrill while driving -there is a built in taxi mode if you just want to relax and pick up passengers around the city -smooth performance -the ambient sounds and music make long drives super relaxing -high replay value because trying to beat your own delivery records keeps you coming back for more -the dev is so very hands-on to the suggestions and feedbacks. cant wait for the other features to this game! cheers to the success of this game @cyber752 !
