- In ABI-DOS, you build circuits to manipulate and guide UBITS (colored digital blocks) toward specific goals based on the given documentation. By strategically placing wires and instruction blocks on a microchip, you manipulate inputs to achieve desired outputs—whether it’s fixing corrupted files, recovering damaged .png images, or simulating particle trajectories. ABI-DOS challenges you to meet strict specifications through inventive problem-solving.
- No programming experience is required, as everything is explained in-game. The focus is on assembling logical solutions within space and operational constraints rather than on real-world programming concepts.

Inconsistent logic or impenetrable explanations. Sensors don't work in a way that I can understand from the description or experimentation.1 found this helpful
The game is awesome, but there is one grave detail which makes it unrecommendable. There is no easy way to look up what your tools do. Some are explained in the mission text, but some are just appearing there without much to say. Then you have to test them yourself wasting your time on that rather than on the puzzle.
I'm on the team of pronouncing it "Abby-doss". I don't trust anyone on team "Ay-bee-eye-dee-oh-ess".
Worth playing if youve got a mind for either computer science or related topics, you will forget everything about this game after a week of not playing and you will be confused when you replay this game, trust me, guides are necessary to catch back up to speed or with some levels to help with ambiguity but otherwise fantastic without any extra stuff, runs fine
very enjoyable automation game, scratches the same itch as opus magnum for me highly recommend
