About Academy of Magic: The Great Dark Wizard's Curse
In the third part of the magical match3 serial, your goal is to help Dennis to break the curse and save the "Academy of Magic" from a dark sorcerer. Dennis has lived his entire life as an orphan on the streets of London, performing magic tricks to survive while he wonders what happened to his parents. That all changes when he steps through a portal and finds himself in another world – a world of magic.
Fascinated by the new world he’s found himself in, Dennis agrees to do what he can to save the school of magical arts. But the wizard who cursed the school still has followers, and breaking the curse might not be as simple a task as it sounds.

Academy of Magic. A place where you can study Magic, find Friends and enjoy your Life. After defeating the Monster known as Ukhsar in the first Part and repelling the Great Dark Wizzard in the second Part Dennis the young Wizzard is back and was hoping for a peacefull time. But this is deceptive. The Academy of Magic is facing it´s greatest Threat! A deadly Curse! Welcome to ACADEMY OF MAGIC:THE GREAT DARK WIZARD´S CURSE! So, the Academy was hit by a curse and the lands were hardly destroyed and concealed by a dark Fog. Help Dennis defeating the Curse and restoring everything. How? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3065681099 With Match 3 gaming Skills. Make 3 or more Stones in a Row to vanish them. Each Level you will have to do side Quests to solve it. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3065681639 After that you get Stars to restore the Map, part by Part. You can also buy usefull Items that will help you, because the more you play, the more obstacles will wait for you. The Levels can be challening, but never unfair. Not to forget the nice Clothes for Dennis. :-) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3065682067 The…15 found this helpful
I started playing this game the other day after having had it in my Steam library for a long time. I were pleasantly surprised by this game because I find the game play itself rather good for a 'Match 3' game. The tutorial leaves something to be desired and I had to learn while I played. After some hours of playing the game gets somewhat difficult. But after having earned the prerequisits then player can buy 'tools' to help in the game. There appear to be some story in the game presented at the 'upgade' screen but I can not be bothered to read it so I just skipped it and enjoyed the game without that. While a lot in the game is luck that depends on what drops next then the game requires some thinking and keeping an eye on what to do next at the later stages.3 found this helpful
https://youtu.be/c5i7Dh8-8HY While technically legally distinct this match 3 title does everything it can to be like it's source material and lacks an identity of it's own in the process.1 found this helpful
This is a perfect example of shovelware. The gameplay....hey, it is a Match-3 game, there is not much gameplay....is BORING. I had to look twice to make sure that this was actual released in 2021.
As I played through this the 3rd part of the Harry Potter a like game I was struck by the realisation that the format and rewards etc have never changer from one game to the next. I longed to have the cast of the story speak their dialogue to each other which would have made the game more interesting It was no less enjoyable except for the total SAMENESS of it. Each game has been a straight clone extension of the last with very little changing except dialogue. Its easy to complete each game of the this set in about 7 hours in total for each part.
Not as easy as it might seem and sometimes frustrating but, has good bones and I like it ,
