Trapped in a loop. Hunted by a demon. Your only escape is knowing what doesn’t belong.Akeno’s Veil is a psychological horror game where you must uncover anomalies and escape a never-ending nightmare. Trapped in a looping cycle, you play as Akeno, a schoolgirl tormented by a demon who delights in your suffering. The halls and classrooms may seem familiar, but something is always off. To survive, you must remain vigilant, noticing subtle changes in your environment and making critical decisions with each cycle.
Gameplay
To break free from the loop, you must study your environment. Each room holds the possibility of an anomaly, ranging from subtle environmental changes to haunting visions of yourself. In every cycle, you must make a choice:- If nothing has changed, move forward.

It is a short game, took me less than 3 hours to figure out most of the anomalies. It was really fun and actually got my heart pumping a few times. For the price that I paid for this game, it was worth it. I got to do one full stream of playing this game!2 found this helpful
Very good anomaly searching game. I really enjoyed the grapgics and sound design, everything is very pretty and alluring. The key differences from exit 8 is that the game hints at what anomalies you missed if you missed them and there are rooms you need to enter and investigate that makes the process a little more challenging. Also you get to be a cute anime UwU schoolgirl which I always appreciate.2 found this helpful
Really fun and short game about spotting the anomalies. It also adds some replay value, showing you all the anomalies you found and with each run you complete there's a piece of a journal you can collect! Quite okay, nothing special. Akeno's Veil is an anomaly game. some anomalies are decent. However gameplay is very simple like expected for this kind of genre. Overall I enojoyed playing.1 found this helpful
A surprisingly good game in the genre of ''find the anomaly''. Graphics are neat, atmosphere is top-notch (even though it has goofy moments aplenty - the character gasping scared me more than whatever was on screen) and the story is unexpectedly decent. Try and escape!1 found this helpful
