Warning: GameGuru Asset Flip!
Amazeing Lemons is a what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" bought the GameGuru first person shooter construction kit (no coding required, it's just a GUI!) and cobbled out a map or two using stock GameGuru assets... nothing in this game can really be called the creation of the developer, and yet they also failed to credit GameGuru or acknowlegde any of the GameGuru assets. They're trying (badly) to pass someone else's work as their own. It's just a bunch of random GameGuru assets dropped around a really lazy, stock textured GameGuru map template. This time they used some cartoony assets from some GameGuru pack, but at the end of the day it's just GameGuru and if you've played one GameGuru asset flip, you've played them all. This asset flip is so badly done it's even using the default GameGuru "options" page, it has been reskinned but there's basically no options for the gamer to tweak... and let's be clear, GameGuru is a completely godawful construction kit. If you try to take it seriously as a game, you'll find no resolution or graphics tweaks, no controller tweak…

Amazeing Lemons is an absolute delight! From the moment you start squeezing your way through its charming levels, you're enveloped in a world of citrusy wonder. The gameplay mechanics are refreshingly simple yet addictively challenging, making each level a juicy puzzle waiting to be solved. What truly sets Amazeing Lemons apart is its vibrant visuals and lively soundtrack. The colors pop like ripe lemons on a sunny day, and the music is so catchy, you'll find yourself humming along even after you've put the game down. The attention to detail in every lemony corner of the game world is simply astounding. But perhaps the most refreshing aspect of Amazeing Lemons is its sense of humor. The quirky characters and witty dialogue add layers of zest to the already delicious experience. It's rare to find a game that can make you laugh while also keeping you on the edge of your seat, but Amazeing Lemons pulls it off effortlessly. The level design deserves special mention. Each stage feels meticulously crafted, offering just the right balance of challenge and satisfaction. Whether you're navigating through a maze of lemon trees or avoiding sour-faced enemies, every moment feels thoughtfull…

Do all item collecting games made in GameGuru have the same glitch where your game ends with two seconds still on the clock? This is my second, after "TheGunRunner." It also has copypasted assets and unoptimized load times. When any game shares so many features with such obvious slop, that's a China-sized red flag. All I can say in this game's favor is that it looks a lot more bright, clean, and colorful. It's still a waste of time. If any effort was put into this, the levels would have visual variety to make your search more fun, but it's row after row of the same hedges, with a few scattered copies of the same tree and house. I imagine it's the same deal with the cave rocks once you get to them. Not worth money, not worth your time even if it's free. Next.
