About Animalistic Worlds
Animalistic Worlds is an Open-World RPG that takes place in a world where anthropomorphic animals try to live like humans used to in modern society, but often fail miserably due to their animal instincts.
All of this being visible from the lens of one such victim of this world: Hounderick.
A samoyed dog living a pretty dull life of an office worker with an even duller lifestyle of beating up delinquents, stealing their money, harassing shopkeepers for discounts and insulting his neighbors. This changes when he finds out the co-worker he was ignoring for some time, Beardford the bearded dragon, was a CEO's son. The attempts of getting in contact with this CEO cause a kidnapping to happen that drags both Hounderick and Beardford into a pretty dangerous place, one that Hounderick knows tragically well.

- An optional bug catching minigame to get even more items that make your enemies beg at your feet.
- Unique NPCs complaining about things at daytime and nighttime.
- Bribing shopkeepers for discounts
- Threatening delinquents.
- Completing quests that are mostly from animals that have no friends.
- An achievement for sitting on a chair.
- Talking fish.

This is a stellar RPG Maker game! Animalistic Worlds has memorable characters, a cool turn-based battle system, exceptional music, charming humor, and an expansive map. I burst out in laughter at several points. Art and animations fit well within the game world and engine. The optional outfits were cracking me up. I love the Advanced attacks! Some anime style influence there. The story is adequate. Even after reaching the end, I still want to explore and try out different abilities. At 13 hours to beat it, I probably spent more time wandering around and exploring than most players would. While I never got "stuck" at any fight, some battles did require retooling my party for victory. That's good—there is some challenge here. I'm an item hoarder though, so your mileage may vary. My best advice for player success is explore and save often. Where Animalistic Worlds suffers a bit is…the player spends quite a lot of time in the slums/sewers. I think more time in different areas, maybe in the middle of that, would help keep things visually engaging. I would also rate the dialogue at 80% of what it should be grammatically, but a once-over by an experienced English editor could get it to 1…13 found this helpful
Very nice lil indie game, love me some games that start off a bit serious and then throw in some humor honestly did not expect it. believe this game is worth your time if you tend to get invested in stories and/or silly humor in a semi-serious game. Lil starter tip, be sure to do the bug minigame and get the bug gear from the bug store need i believe 6000 points to get the last item which be the bug shield to make the early-med game more bearable but i pretty much ran the bug gear on Hounderick the entire game. Will note that, if you're gonna 100%(i tend to do that with games i really enjoy) the game there is a bug with the "emotion crusher" achievement, where you accept the side quest from jaqques' to quiet down some mice playing loud music, and are trying to insult every insultable plant in the game, there is a bug where if you exit that area where you must KO the mice and if you DONT INTERACT with the plant, you are then softlocked out of the achievement as when i was attempting to re-enter, the door it opens but nothing else happens. Dunno if it'll get patched as but just a lil heads up for anyone wanting to 100% the game7 found this helpful
