During your adventures, you will get to meet all kind of fellow rebels. Talk with them if you want to know more about the world of Anyaroth, its history or the Rebellion’s cause.
In the time between fights, pay attention to the surroundings, as you may find artifacts containing key information or materials for crafting a secret weapon. Will you unveil all that this weird planet hides?

Clever, stylish and highly playable 2D action platformer. The story telling and the imaginative scifi world are good, offering many surprises. Highly enjoyable.

I don't mean any malice in giving this a downvote-- if it were my choice, I would give this a completely neutral review. That said, let's go over the good points first: -The music is well composed. No major bangers, but perfectly serves its function. -The pixel animation is quite expressive, and often charming. -The game is functional and playable-- I only briefly encountered a glitch while dying to the final boss, and it didn't stop me from trying again (dying while the boss phase transitions) -I can tell that a lot of heart and passion went into this project from all of the little touches here and there. And then, my critiques: -The primary issue with a game that is so low difficulty and short is that, if you're going to have a story at all, it needs to be presented well. Unfortunately, the English is quite rough, and there are enough typos in the early game that it left me with a bad impression of the writing, despite the fact that there are some genuinely interesting bits of worldbuilding here and there. -The primary control scheme is incredibly awkward, for whatever reason. putting the majority of your primary control buttons on the bumpers and triggers is not c…
