About Apostle: Rebellion

The seemingly never-ending battle between Exodus and Magna that had raged since 2065 finally drew to a close. Exodus was disbanded, and the world's nations abandoned Almakarta. In the year 2140, World War III broke out due to a global food crisis caused by overpopulation and climate change. The intense fighting wiped out many nations outright and left the Earth in ruins. As a result, the global population dwindled from billions to just a few hundred million.
In the aftermath, people began to gather, leading to the creation of a megalopolis called Neo-Eden. Within this city, a new military company was created. This company's name was Exodus.
Exodus's mission was to create a new future for humanity by combining humans with machines. These cybernetic humans became known as Roids. Although 'Roiding' was initially met with controversy, the advantages of becoming one were overwhelming. Before long, the Roids began to outnumber traditional humans.
It is now the year 2200, and social inequality is once again pushing humanity to its breaking point...

✦ AI summary
Players generally praise the game's improved presentation with animated cutscenes and 3D scenes, well-developed characters with distinct personalities and fighting styles, and a living city with meaningful side missions and varied gameplay beyond combat. However, common criticisms include slower performance compared to the first game, lack of auto-text for the heavy narrative content, limited map variety, and mixed feelings about pacing, with some preferring the first installment's tighter progression.
Continuence from the first apostle. Still good. Need uncensored patch also though for full experience.5 found this helpful
I think the first apostle was better paced honestly when it comes to progression and story but the second installment was still good. had a lot of QOL changes and the animated scenes to even 3d cutscenes took me for a surprise. I bought these games cause of Maison Chichigami and I wanted to support the developers. So it was a pleasure to see they were trying to break ground with animated scenes after the first game. Again, good game but I think the 1st one was better paced3 found this helpful
Positive ---------------- - The presence of people in the city where the game takes place makes one feel that the city is alive. - Their relationships with the female characters are not noticeable to you within the story. It's like a part of your life. - In fights, characters have their own fighting styles and animations. - The story is not just about talking, it is supported with videos. - There are different difficulty levels and monsters. - Characters have their own backgrounds and personalities. - The maps are realistic, there are side missions, the whole story or missions are not about killing, sometimes they are about escaping or reaching the individual without being caught. - It leaves certain parts of character strengthening to us. Negative -------------- - Maps are short and few in quantity. - The ending of the story is the same, only the ending changes with the female character. - The story does not affect the survival of the city. I couldn't see its impact on the city until the last episode. - Side quests have no connection to the story, and except for a few quests, it is not clear why a monster hunter does these quests. - Except for the main character and one or two c…3 found this helpful
