✦ AI summary
ArcBall is a minimal arcade game with only three stages where players control a paddle to catch and hit balls. Players universally criticize the game for poor performance (low framerate issues), unreliable hit detection, and being an inferior clone of Alleyway/Arkanoid, with some noting the developer removed achievements and engaged in questionable behavior that disappointed the community.
ArcBall is a simplistic arcade-type flash game you move from side to side catch the ball and hit each box to win a match. There are 3 stages and that's it. Achievements were taken away since the developer couldn't fix them or was too lazy. If you are interested in Steam inventory items this game has x5 ball skins you get from start-up. ArcBall is an arkanoid ripoff game that doesn't even do its job well. At 20 FPS and terrible hit-boxes, this game is not worth anything at all.1 found this helpful
ArcBall is a classic arcade title developed and published by VladProduction that embraces the timeless appeal of brick-breaking games without trying to overcomplicate the formula. It takes inspiration from one of gaming's oldest genres, offering a clean and uncomplicated experience centered on bouncing a ball, clearing blocks, and progressing through increasingly challenging stages. Every successful rebound gradually dismantles the stage, requiring players to judge angles and anticipate the ball's movement as its speed and trajectory constantly change. Although the controls are simple enough for newcomers to understand within minutes, mastering each level demands concentration and qui…
Nah.
Terrible arkanoid ripoff, nothing about this game is worth it, and I heard the dev did some questionable things which people are not too happy about. At least the achievement is free...
Alleyway is a little game made is 1989 for the Nintendo Gameboy. This game is a poor mans Alleyway. Somehow, the framerate is worse, You can easily get into an infinite loop where the ball is only going back and forth between walls. It's a pathetic excuse of a game that people would only play because of a single achievement that's available for literally playing the game. Skip this one.
Sure...why not
