About Arrowstorm Ascendant
About This Game
Arrowstorm Ascendant is a rogue-like shoot 'em up based on "Seraph's Last Stand" and "Vampire Survivors". Defeat hordes of dragons and wyverns with your outstanding archery skills. With each new wave you fight more enemies with more power, while also selecting one new upgrade. Create the most interesting, powerful or game breaking build and try to reach the top of the leaderboards.

Everytime you restart you lose your previous powerups, but you can acquire gold coins while playing to buy new upgrades:

You can choose 4 green cards and 4 blue cards after each wave. Find the best build possible and reach the highest level you can!

Features
- 50 different cards with green, red or blue upgrades. Create your build using a combination of 4 blue and 4 green cards (red card are infinite).
- 11 different skins to choose from, with each skin having its own advantage.
- A leaderboard system divided by score, enemies defeated and coins obtained.
- A boss fight once you reach a certain number of waves.

i watched angory tom play this and grabbed it too ^_^ delightfully fun :) plenty of silly combos to build and a nice endless gameplay loop. it would be really neat if there was an autofire option in the settings! i picked up this game assuming because of the way the gameplay looks and the nod to vampire survivors that the mechanics would be autofiring weapon + moving around manually to dodge, but firing is click and hold, so you are essentially holding down LMB the entire time. thats absolutely fine! but i personally seek out survivorlikes in part due to my arthritic hands, so this game ended up being a lot less realistically playable for me than i expected. for now i will just enjoy it on better days :)11 found this helpful
Very nice game but with some bugs related to jumping twice and not having settings menu while in run its a great game3 found this helpful
$2 for an afternoon's timekiller is a pretty good deal to me! A new skin for every possible starting weapon, with new weapons for unlock. After a few hours I did get a run where I just...won? Kinda? Like after 300 rounds I just stopped moving or shooting and it took them another 30 to kill me. So on a really good run, like post wave 100, you can get to a point where you just go forever. But it's also being actively developed and patched, so that might get tweaked eventually. Overall, if you liked Seraph's last stand you'll like this. And if you haven't tried that, $2 is a pretty good entry point for this "shoot at flying things endlessly" sort of game3 found this helpful
Super fun game! I had a bit of trouble in the begining, but after I understood how to unlock the golden upgrades I spent a lot of time testing powerful combinations. At some point I was so strong the enemies were simply melting in seconds2 found this helpful
Fun little game - still buggy and glitchy but I really enjoyed playing it until the engine couldn't handle it anymore :)1 found this helpful
Felky Fun Meter

|-------|---| [7/10] Pretty fun!
Cute art and good variety of upgrades; would have played it more if it had some kind of story rather than just "go endless and beat your score" but an enjoyable experience for what it is! :D
