Well, I thought the first game was meh, and this one drops even below that one. Basically the same review as I gave to the other Ashley Clark game, only I enjoyed this one even less. The other game: https://steamcommunity.com/id/IFIYGD/recommended/882640/ This one has a even shallower and more rushed story, that starts as one thing, and veers off into a completely bizarre spider-cult occultist thing. Really feels rushed and out of focus. Good variety of puzzles, though the hidden object scenes still have the same issues as the last game, and the puzzles are even simpler, with many being a reskin of commonly used puzzles. They were not enjoyable- once again too easy or too drawn out and time consuming for their own good. The first game I said "maybe on a really deep discount", but this one- unless you are hopelessly addicted to hidden object games and enjoy wasting your time on bad ones- avoid it. It just wasn't a good game. The only thing it has going for it is achievements, which are pretty much impossible to not get all of. But like the first game, this game is not likely to ever leave "Profile Features Limited" status, so they do not add to you cheevo count on your profile or …

A good hidden object game with many hidden object scenes and mini-games.

Unusual game. There is none of the usual 'bonus chapter', or list of items to collect that is so common with hidden object games. Instead, we have a very basic story - with the game itself focusing more on gameplay, hidden object scenes and puzzles. Loved the subtle musical ambience. Graphics are as per usual - a little rough, with cutscenes barely animated, if you could call it that. I played on normal - even at this setting there is no highlight for searching the screens, but I felt it was fair given some sections pulled me up for a short time. The first cogs puzzle really had me stumped for a while - conversely the match 3 gems puzzle to eliminate selected slots was a lot of fun. There's probably not many puzzles here that you haven't seen in other similar games, but it doesn't make it any less enjoyable. You might have to tap the ? to check what the goal is occasionally as it sometimes lacks an explanation. Hidden object scenes take two forms - mess scenes and a written list, and mess scenes with object outlines. The written lists have roughly half-and-half of easy-to-find, and hard-to-find items - which require a bit of thinking as the clues don't always giveaway where th…

The story is cute but some of the puzzles are terrible.

I'm gonna keep it short: Cons: - A bunch of google translated words and sentences - Several items purposes make no sense - Puzzles are either easy as f*** or very difficult, there's no in between - Puzzle instructions are vague and weirdly translated into English Pros: + Alot more death and gore than you'd normally see in HOGs + Supernatural elements + Some (alright and less alright) voice acting + Achievements

How is it that I played it all the way through and didn't skip a single puzzle yet none of the achievements popped?! I spent 2+ hours on this game and should have 100% it so this is extremely annoying! Other than that there is no actual story to this game and we're not even given any real introduction to any of the characters except basic names if that which doesn't help make you invested in this game. There are a lot better HOG games for less than the exorbitant price of $14.50 (at time of review)
