About AstronTycoon
Take the role of an astronomer exploring the depths of the universe in the new game ASTRONTYCOON. Build large and accurate telescopes to explore distant stars. Discover a habitable planet or an unknown anomaly in a far corner of the galaxy. Equipment and research funding are important aspects of your work. Get scientific grants and publish your results, explore new technologies and telescope components.
The game will take you through 30 years of your career (720 rounds). If you do not go bankrupt in process, then the final score is calculated in year 2037. The game will allow you to proceed further.
Write your name in history alongside the greatest scholars of all time. Find a planet that is capable of hosting life, and your name will never be forgotten.
Start as an unknown scientist.
At the beginning, the game will explain to you several aspects of your work. It will explain what to do and how to do it. You will build your first telescope and explore a few close stars. You will discover a few binary star systems. The game will also teach you how to successfully fund your research.
Gradually, you will build up your fame in the scientific community. Scientific institutions will pay more for your research. You will make several new technologies available. You will build bigger, more complex and more accurate telescopes. The star maps will light up with dozens of new stars you have not seen before.
Soon you will be able to calculate the location of new planets and see them within star systems.
The game will gives you the ability to create your own telescope in several locations around the world. You will be able to combine dozens of components to make giant telescopes. New technologies will give you the knowledge to build space telescopes.

I haven't played the game much at all and it's kind of confusing but I like it and please for the love of God at it admin developer panel or something for people who want to have fun And not grind for a month
urgh, it was very clunky. I got stuck in "if you have done everything you need, then press the continue button". But there was no continue button, so it was alt+F4 for me. I love astronomy and space sh*t, but I guess I go back playing Voices of the Void

Экономическая составляющая игры довольно глубока, требующая планирования, учета ресурсов и логистики. Интерфейс интуитивно понятен, что делает игровой процесс приятным и ненавязчивым. Особенно захватывает исследования новых технологий, которые открывают доступ к более эффективным методам добычи, новым кораблям и возможностям расширения. Приятно удивила система случайных событий, добавляющая элемент непредсказуемости и заставляющая адаптироваться к меняющимся обстоятельствам. Однако, хотелось бы больше разнообразия в типах космических станций и доступных ресурсах. Иногда игра может показаться слегка монотонной, особенно на поздних этапах, когда большая часть автоматизирована. Но в целом, 'AstronTycoon' – это отличная игра для любителей экономических стратегий и космической тематики, способная подарить множество часов увлекательного геймплея. Рекомендую!

"AstronTycoon" seems like a different twist on the "tycoon" genre but with a search for exoplanets vibe... but ultimately the reality is quite different... it's more like a clicker/incrementer as you build more telescopes to increase your "science"... and the whole thing could have been done in a web browser. This game fails to deliver on a welcome promise, and instead is just giving "banana" a run for it's money in terms of non-gameitude. Where it does differ from other incrementers is a more concrete feeling "end-game" which you reach very quickly, and if one of the best things you can say about a game is that there's not very much of it, you can see we have a problem. On the topic of visuals, the weak looking 2D retro assets seem like they'd be more at home in a browser game or a mobile app. 3D graphics accelerators hit the mainstream of PC gaming in the mid 1990's with cards like the ATI Rage and Voodoo3D, there's no excuse for such poor 2D graphics in 2025. That alone is enough to disqualify this for recommendation. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $18 USD for this. That's right, this is not a joke, the developer genuinely thought this…
