Backpack Raiders

First time I've ever written a Game Review. If that's not any indication of how well this game is, I don't know what is. Absolute blast of a time playing it. Live leaderboard. Highly addictive tetris inventory management and strategy gameplay. Once you think you've mastered it, you find out the gameplay can get significantly harder with match modifications allowing more rewards if you're capable of handling it.

It's a fun little game. I'm curious to see how it will develop from here. :)

SO GOOD I don't know what to say!! I keep playing it i can't stop. Well, i guess i could stop, but it was because it was 4am. The weapon synergies and stuff are cool and funnnn

A mix of Brotato with Backpack Hero. There's a bit more context with the base, upgrades, and making it more difficult, so you could go in and try different builds. Definitely haven't seen all the weapons or combos, so there's a bit more continuous content. There's definitely a lot to learn and if you liked the backpack organization of Backpack Hero I think you'll enjoy this game.

What at face value looks like a colorful Survivor roguelike quickly evolves into a combination with inventory puzzle management. While your starting bag is small and simple, you realize the depth of the system within a few rounds, and it's addicting. I find myself spending just as much time rerolling and optimizing my load out as I do navigating the swarms of bugs. The combat is an awesome payoff to a well built bag. What stands out in this Survivor-like is that the build of you character and inventory feels more impactful than just the standard "pick 1 of 3" where there always feels like an obvious answer. While the well-built bag can make the legions of bugs fold under a wave of bullets by the end, it's an awesome victory lap and leaves the option for more complex combat to come. Can you top the leader boards? Highly recommend giving it a shot.

Very fun! I only had one issue with the game by selecting "Options" first, then clicked on "Return to Base". Doing that made it so that I couldn't click on anything or use keyboard dpads to start. I restarted the game afterwards and clicked "Play" instead and everything worked great after that.
