great idea. I bought it on 3 platforms, and every time I beat it, I keep coming back to it.

Protect the village from the raiders, and live...thats yet. Yet it's so much fun at the same time.

I wish I could have more commanders at a time. A larger island siege kind of deal would be fun. Great game still

More interesting than some AAA games

tl;dr Easy to get into, an okay time waster --So, the game is easy to get into. But the gameplay didn't evolve enough to keep me engaged. While there are squad upgrades, and items you can equip on squad leaders, it's all very eh. There is very little real strategy to be found here. Just follow the vibes and you'll do fine. --Why is this a problem? When a game lacks depth, it can hook you in another way. Like the many, many, many, MANY number go up games that play with our monkey brain. And if they took it into the number go up direction, it would not be a good one imo. Call me crazy, but I don't appreciate the psychology behind gambling entering the game design space. It could've also featured an engaging story perhaps. Another way to go. There's more, but further listing things that could've been seems quite pointless, as the dev seems to be done with this game years ago. --In conclusion, this feels overpriced for what you get. I did not count exactly, but it seems like there are 10-20 maps total that repeat. Gameplay borders on tedious more than fun. Perhaps if the dev had resources to cook this title more, it would be worth a mention, or the asking price. As is, I'd say…
