Barry the Bunny

A pretty short, sometimes challenging platformer following the adventures of a rabbit construction worker. The controls are tight and effective, and the pixel art style is very adorable. Can be beaten to 100% completion decently fast, but for such an affordable game in this genre it's pretty high quality and I had a lot of fun with it.

A bunny that builds bridges but a group consisting of 4 different villains want to interrupt Barry. That's what you get for an introduction to the game. With 100 different cute little 2D platformer levels, you have to help other bunnies building bridges for their homes. But lots of unique enemies want to defeat your adorable little bunny. The gameplay is fairly easy: walking, jumping and throwing hammers to avoid foes. As a keyboard player, the controls are a little bit extraordinary at a first glance, you however will get used to them quickly. The graphics are pleasant to look at as everything looks really lovely. Even though the game is pretty short, I had lots of fun playing! I even had so much fun that I also want to learn to speedrun this game. Thanks Klonoa xD

A short 2D platform game that is simple and minimalist, but fun. While it's not hard to beat at all and it's surely not a challenging title for platform veterans, it also offers the player some moderate challenges, leading to a pleasant balance that can be relaxing, while not boring. However, I feel like this somewhat relaxed flow of the game is slightly disrupted by the fact that the protagonist runs kinda fast and the worlds are set in a way that invite the player into speedrunning them. But that's just my impression as someone that prefers slightly less fast-paced platformers. The bunny sometimes gets stuck if it lands on the edge of a platform after a jump, but you can simply move to unstuck it. Other than that it's an enjoyable game that is worth its current price. Thump up.

A nice and cute little platformer, with a noble goal of helping the bunnykind. This game provided a charming adventure for the evening. I liked the character and enemy designs, and overall this game is visually really vibrant and eye-catching. The world and sound design are also really neat. I played this with a PS4 controller. It controlled well 99% of the time, but during only a couple of challenges and obstacles I had trouble with precision. But even then, the game doesn't punish you too hard if you die, since the levels are short and you get to keep the main collectibles. I enjoyed my time with this game, and I'm excited to check out more of the dev's work. Bnuy.

I was pleasantly surprised that this game is a lot more challenging than I expected. The retro style really was fun and the game plays very well. Controlling the bunny wasn't hard and you definitely need to be good with your moves. And the audio fits perfectly. I'd recommend picking this fun retro style game up.
