There are many tricks in combat, such as attacking the enemy from behind and doing more damage
Some monsters have elemental attributes, and elemental restraint can be used to deal with them more effectively, achieving twice the result with half the effort

"BattleMaster" is a Chinese language... well, it's hard to tell what, because it's just so badly made. It's kinda like a mobile/Flash tier turn based tactical combat game. Really, this comes across as a kind of tech demo or student project (the student failed the class), rather than a seriously and genuinely made PC game. The graphics are awful, the gameplay clunky and unintuitive... it's hard to find anything nice to say about this. Congratulations on succesfully spending $100 USD on Steam Direct? It's not in English, but that's not so important, because the language of bad games is universal. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming idustry, and should be applauded.
