The atmosphere of vampire romance could have caught your attention, but advertising and paid mechanics spoil everything.
Warning: In-Game Cash Shop This mobile phone e-book is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money/credit card details to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
This isn't a game, and while it looks like it's some kind of non-game e-book, that's not it either. This is an advertisement! "Blood Kiss" is a small, misleadingly published demo/chapter of a larger, worse e-book fan-fiction masquerading as a game (books aren't games, I'll say this as many times as I need to). This advert features garbage, low quality high school anime club dropout fan-fiction writing intended to bait people into paying for the rest of the fan-fiction. There is no gameplay here because this is just an advert for a garbage high school anime club dropout fan-fiction e-book. It's full of cringey dialogue and amateur writing that would be rejected by any actual book publisher... leaving the "author" of this garbage to shove it onto Steam Direct. Here is the link to the actual demo publishing process that this author ignored to…

I like this story, lots of vampire themes, love lines are not intrusive, beautiful design, good music and sounds, but to the better final and special scenes you have to grind items over time or pay. The game has a patrol mode, just log there in every few hours to get a random item, but it still takes a lot of time.

While this Otome VN isn't perfectly polished, I do enjoy it. It has its pluses and minuses, though, to be certain. Pros: - The art and visuals are overall very lovely. - The music choices are enjoyable. - Many of the characters are endearing and fun. I particularly adore Ruel and Eden. - The story arc is overall interesting and has general replay value. - The assortment of possible endings, primarily tied to each of the characters, are fun. - The affection/reputation system is straight forward. - The Mission option makes it easy to get gift items. - You can, overall, build up the needed levels of affection/reputation without having to rely on premium currency choices. - Wardrobe purchases, and unlocked memories carry over from one play through to the next, so you only have to unlock them once. - The endings aren't tied to the choices you make, but rather affection/reputation levels. Cons: - The iOS/Android app version is preferable to the Steam version, in general (imo). - There are many instances of typos and/or weird grammar. - The wardrobe options for Critical chapters being tied to a premium currency isn't ideal. - The main general story ending feels entirel…
