BRAVO

BRAVO is a short free to play psychological horror game that is designed to be played in around 20 minutes. You find yourself in an unknown place surrounded by strange people, while trying to work out what is actually going on. The biggest strength of BRAVO is its atmosphere. Instead of relying on constant jumpscares, the game focuses more on making you feel uncomfortable and confused. You are given bits of information as you explore, which makes you want to keep going to find out what is happening. The first person view works well for this type of game. It makes the environment feel more personal and helps create a feeling that something is not quite right. The game also does something unusual with its controls, as it does not use a keyboard for movement. The story is another important part of BRAVO. There are people around you who seem to be prisoners, and they are whispering about something that is about to happen. The mystery slowly starts to make more sense as you continue playing. I also like that the game does not try to make itself too long. The whole experience is meant to be a short thriller, so it gets to the point without filling the game with unnecessary content. …

Count for 2*20min if you want to play the game as intendend. The game has a story to tell, and does so in a decent manner. Not the hugest recommendation, but I gave a go and so can you..

Very surreal but overwhelming experience. Definitely worth the 15 minutes of (actual) gameplay, but if it were any longer I wouldn't have lasted till the end. Don't really think any number rating justifies it. Also, I recommend sticking around for the extra 5 minutes of explaination ("new gamemode"). The game doesn't really make sense without context.

I'm really not even sure what was going on. From what I can tell, the game goes as such: You're a bull running through some place going insane and getting jumpscared by humans that look like monsters and then you escape, but probably actually die. You can't tell that you're a bull and the humans aren't monsters until the very end when you reach the white light at the end of the tunnel. I didn't try the new gamemode, but I doubt it adds anything that makes this game into something amazing. 2/10. More confusing than it is scary.
