Bubble Shot is a classic bubble-shooting puzzle game that delivers straightforward, accessible gameplay with responsive controls and clear mechanics that fans of the genre will enjoy. Players appreciate the helpful aiming cursor and the ability to switch between two balls, finding these features particularly useful for tackling harder levels. However, some criticisms include the basic nature of the game, lack of controller support, keyboard layout that isn't ideal for one-handed play, and occasional animation smoothness issues, though these don't detract much for those who love traditional bub
It was a lots of fun playing this game. I was almost halfway through the game before I notice that there was a curser in there, that made the game much easier, You could do a perfect aim to where You want Your ball to go, That was very helpful on the higher Levels. I also liked that You had 2 ball to choose from in case the first one didn't match any of the balls. Hope they bring some more of these kind of games out.10 found this helpful
Bubble Shot is a straightforward yet carefully crafted puzzle game that embraces the timeless appeal of classic bubble-shooting mechanics. Drawing clear inspiration from arcade staples of the genre, it focuses on precision, pattern recognition, and calm, deliberate play rather than reinvention. From the first level, the game establishes itself as something meant to be immediately approachable: the rules are instantly understandable, the controls are responsive, and the objective is always clear—clear the screen of bubbles before the formation overwhelms you. This simplicity is not a limitation but a design choice, positioning the game as a relaxed but engaging experience that respects the foundations of the genre. The core gameplay revolves around aiming and firing colored bubbles into suspended formations, matching colors to trigger pops and cascading collapses. While the mechanic is familiar, its execution is solid and satisfying, especially when careful angle shots result in large sections of bubbles dropping at once. As levels progress, formations become more intricate, requiring players to think several moves ahead and consider not only the immediate match but how the shot wi…
silly ball game
It is what it advertises itself to be, a classic bubble pop shooter. No gimmicks, just aim and shoot the bubble of a matching colour. If this is your type of game, you’re gonna enjoy it, and if this isn’t your type of game, then there’s nothing here that will change your mind. I wish the game was playable with one hand, but the fire button is the space bar, so it’s not quite reachable from the arrow keys. Btw, up-arrow toggles the aim line, so you can see where the ball will land, and down-arrow switches which ball is currently loaded.
If you can get it cheep and love bubble pop games, then you will like this. Very basic however. Would like controller support. And the bubble flow could be a bit smoother.
