Choose your interaction with her at night.
Certain interactions will increase her Affection Level at a cost of your Action Point.
A day ends when your Action Point reaches zero.
You can't do much in the beginning, but as the Affection Level rises,
you can sleep or take a bath together with your aunt.
And when it reaches a certain level, you can do even more... "intimate" things with her!
You can watch the Ending when Affection level maxes out,
and can continue to stay with your aunt for as long as you want.

This game can be easily be beat in under an hour if you just want to unlock all the scenes for post game rewards, for the amount of money this game is asking for isn't worth the session for those who want to rub one out. Wait for a discount if you want big woman sizes, or don't, not my money. Also for completionists, I don't know if the last achievement is bugged or not, had an extra new game run just to get to the finish but never had it pop, so keep that in mind when wanting to complete the game.4 found this helpful

I loved the type of content.
Busty Milf and Summer Country Sex Life is a fun little one-handed simulator where you sex up your aunt in increasingly perverted ways. Each day you have a small handful of options of increasing your affection level with your mom's sister and as you cross certain thresholds, she gets sluttier and sluttier. There are a solid 40+ animated scenes of you boning your huge-titted aunt as you spend a quiet summer at her house. I did encounter an occasional bug where I'd get stuck with a black screen; I could still hear audio in the background, but the game was hosed; so be sure to save your game as you go. Overall, Busty Milf was a fun time but it is a bit on the expensive side; given that it's essentially just a collection of H-scenes; as there isn't much in the way of a story here. There isn't a ton of content here, but I did enjoy what's there. *Images are uncensored and without mosaic.
