AWD keys don't work like the tutorial says they do. And I can't get the tutorial boxes to disappear, I have tried re-installing, deleting the %appdata% files, nothing works, and these boxes cover a lot of the screen. I wanted to like the game, it plays well, but those persistent tutorial boxes are just game breaking for me.6 found this helpful
So, seems to be a rhythm game. Using the wsad keys or the arrow ones. Somewhat complex at times. Recommend getting on a discount.1 found this helpful
This is a one Euro game at best, especially considering i had plenty of bugs (Songs stopping and a new one starting, with no more button input or score screen, buttons not registering input...) and the pictures are just that, boring pictures.
The space were you have to click the arrows need to be more near the middle of the screen as it would be a lot more enjoyable to play and PLEASE add more girls. If this can be patched in then it would be a far more better game than it is now i would definitely like to see more games like this
Although some bugs were reported when the game was first released, they all seem to be resolved now except for four songs that do not “complete.” I encountered no other technical difficulties in the game. Cadence Cuties is a rhythm game with lovely girls for the backgrounds. They can be “unlocked” (and therefore viewed as complete images separated from the game screen) by completing a song with an image of choice as the background. The images are near photographic quality. The game contains songs of various difficulties, some of which may be familiar if you listen to J pop. The adjustment for timing amounts to moving a pair of bars that changes when the player input is recognized by the game. I noticed that the optimal setting varies between songs, so the rhythm portion is not only affected by your computer, but the individual songs as well. The best bet is to play the song as you see fit and then adjust the setting until you get good scores—and then write down the setting for that song. Easily worth list price. Recommended.
The game has 30 licensed J-Pop songs, which is a steal at this price. I like the song ‘Chinese Piko Piko’ best. Gameplay is short and simple, good for relaxing between my intense gaming sessions. I updated to the latest version and have encountered no bugs so far.
