Castle Cairn

Explore a ruin swallowed by myth, navigate deceptive realities, and survive the legacy of a curse best left buried.

Follow the Whispers

An American journalist heads to the Scottish Highlands chasing whispers: online posts, half-told stories, and local legends that all lead to the same name: Castle Cairn. Locals dismiss it or change the subject. Online, it’s folklore at best, but a warning at worst. As you dig deeper, reality begins to shift and the story you’re chasing starts chasing you back.

The Matriarchs Story

Time has broken inside Castle Cairn. Shadows breathe memory, and the walls remember. Something old watches from the dark. They call her the Matriarch, though no one living knows her name, and none who do would dare speak it.

Dark Scottish Lore

Castle Cairn draws from the overlooked side of Scottish folklore: stories passed down through families or never widely told. You’ll uncover traces of ancient rites, clan superstitions, and beliefs too unsettling to survive in textbooks. These aren’t the myths celebrated in museums. They’re the ones meant to be forgotten.

Truth Comes at a Curse

The deeper you go, the more reality unravels. Solve environmental puzzles, uncover buried secrets, and confront the darkness at the heart of Castle Cairn. But beware, every revelation draws you closer to the truth… or to something far more dangerous waiting in the shadows.
