Center Station Simulator

On one hand- I really like this game. On the other hand I think it's an exercise in pure human psychological torture. No inventory- you get little spheres to carry items around in. You wanna set that portable inventory down? It's gonna roll away on you. You wanna get items out of that sphere? They're gonna fly out of the top and you gotta chase them down; all 12 of them. Sometimes you can place items directly from the sphere, sometimes not- have fun with that. When you're crafting from the tablet- it tells you how many of what items you need. Once you execute the craft it gives you a list of the items needed.. sans item amount though, Why? You wanna learn ( or in my case re-learn) a little Francais- this is your game. Some items are labeled in english on one screen but in french on others. Sable = sand for those of you who don't know. The cherry on top is the 3 bass and synth heavy techno/trance songs drilled into your brain while you play. Not my first pick for a shop keeping/crafting game in the middle of nowhere.. I love this game but the QOL seems like it was almost purposely left out to see the level of tedium the players could endure before ripping their hair out. …

Very Fun! So Much to do!

I really wish there was an option for neutral, which is currently how I feel about this game. I am enjoying my time personally, but I don't think it would recommend it to most people for several reasons. To preface this, this is far more of a factory sim/tycoon than a shop simulator, and the shop part is really secondary to just building stuff. You absolutely need to make money to progress, but it really is more about building machines. It does have a lot of content, and it feels satisfying when you do make progress. However, it's confusing and often frustrating to get to that point, and there are various glaring issues with the current state of the game. For one, most of the game's challenge comes from the fact that you can only carry 1 item at a time. You get around this limitation by using spheres which can be teleported to your position at anytime. In theory this is a unique idea. In practice, it is poorly implemented. For some basic examples, if you're holding one of the tools that are permanently in your hotbar, you can't pick up a sphere. You can't drop items from spheres while holding them. You can't send items from your sphere directly into a blueprint, you have to drop…

Insanely adicting game once you get the hang of it, there is nothing else like it with the same level of depth. Lots of content to grind if you want to fully automate everything and build everything you can unlock. If it looks interesting to you I highly recommend you check it out. Also a great and active dev, had a bug with an achievement and he patched it in hours.

Slow and satisfying progression. It's extremely grindy, which for me is a good thing.

I love this game. I have always wanted a game like this, where you build everything. Humans were created to build and the dopamine hit that you get from getting things built is one of the best highs. This game has its frustrations, but the dev is always trying to make this game better all the time. The updates to this game is one of the best things about this game. I wish all games would strive to make bug fixes and update their games more frequently instead of abandoning the game and moving on to the next game.
