============

Welcome to ChromaTec’s test lab! You’re here to test our newest, state-of-the-art military-grade color-technology: The ChromaGun (patent pending)! Use it to try and solve our meticulously designed test chambers. The basic principle is as easy as applying it is complex: Exit the chambers via the exit doors. But be weary of the WorkerDroids in charge of maintaining the chambers. They’re not exactly what you and I would call “human friendly”.

Use the ChromaGun to colorize walls and WorkerDroids to progress in the chambers. WorkerDroids are attracted to walls of the same color. Using that mechanic, try to reach the exit door of each chamber. Some doors are more complicated to use than others: They can only be opened using door triggers and only stay open as long as the triggers are occupied.

If all of this sounds like your brain can handle it, congratulations! You’re the perfect candidate for our test chambers!

That being said, welcome and good luck!

This Game was fun. The Puzzle Gimmick where you move Things around by attaching them to the walls and combining different colors was interesting.
A Surprise, But A Welcome One
This was genuinely fun. Despite being another Portal-lite, it has a distinct enough look/gameplay that help it stand on its own as well as puzzles which while may require a little bit of thinking aren't too out of the box - in other words perfect for me. After all, sometimes you just want a chill puzzle game to relax to. Well mostly, that is - there were a couple of chambers that weren't pure logic and were slightly chance based. And admittedly, I was also peeved by the fact you can't erase or take back colors once you've painted, as it meant a couple dozen more restarts than it would have been otherwise. Thankfully, the chambers aren't long enough for it to be a proper hindrance, and as a result it had minimal impact on my enjoyment of the game. So yes, this gets a definite recommend from me. Though, yes, do be aware that the plot is rather threadbare.

For as fast as I blew through the puzzles in this, they did make me have to stop and think a way through, often requiring trial, error, and calculated risks. While I love these types of games, if you don't like games that make you restart a level about 15 times to get anywhere, this is not for you. That said, for both of the "boss levels" I had to look up a walkthrough because there was absolutely no indication in the first one of what to do when you have to flip a U-turn, and the only allowing a minute for the puzzle to be solved in the other very much sets the player up for failure because there's barely any time to assess the situation, let alone solve it. Even an extra 20, 30 seconds would've made a world of difference for the very last level, and it was unclear when it was over if there was more content or if it was just an 'ending area' instead of an end screen.
