Cold House

This "game" is nothing more than a prologue as of now that is being sold for 4 bucks. The story is simple: As a car crash survivor you take shelter in a supposed abandoned house and the hobo dude living there ain't having it. It looks pretty good but the sounds are mediocre at best. My main issue with it is the lack of content for the price. Look at my gametime: it took me 40 minutes to finish this. Deduct 10 minutes from that, because it's the amount of time I needed to make one pixel perfect jump to progress. Another 10 mins for searching for the main house and the hunting shed. The remaining 20 minutes was spent on solving the 4 puzzles the game has to offer and the final encounter with the baddie. Even that was a letdown, because my nemesis got stuck on a damn chair ruining the supposed climax of the game. Before anyone tells you that this will get any more content, let me tell you that this game was released 1,5 years ago. It received one patch that added steam achievements and there was 2-3 minor bugfixes. All of them in the release month. Not a single update since then. What started out as an alright horror/thriller puzzler became the most annoying RNG-based final showdown possible. I'm talking to the point you walk out of the room and the killer is right there. Yeah, I am the real life Al "4-Touchdowns-In-A-Single-Game" Bundy, a majority of my time spent on this game being the last act is no surprisre, buit my god even my alternate reality fictional sitcom version got thrown a bone once in a while. Don't buy this roughly thirty minute game unless you have the luck of the Irish on your side, or love hurting yourself with repetition.

This game is so bad it's a scam.

Bought this game because it said "Multiplayer" and "Co-op". Only for them to say they are developing a multiplayer mode way back upon release. They then released no further announcements on multiplayer, changed it to "singleplayer" on steam, and its past my 2 week purchase to refund. Waste of money. Game sucks.
