It is as fun as I remember 6 years ago; I will not add anything contradictory to the first part of this sentence. (I was young fella with no money. 6 years later and I've finally bought it.) The game's premise is extremely simple - build several batches of scale-sized "concept cars" out of cardboards and motors then pit them against each other. Lore-wise; you are a concept car designer wanting to "test vehicle concepts to determine its superiority among others" by aforementioned; pitting scale cars against each other. [h3]What to Know About...[/h3] - [b]It is a $5 dollar game[/b], it even has regional pricing. Currently 60% discount (until June 9th). - Gameplay modifiers such as vehicle count, damage resistance, battery drain and so forth. - Split-screen multiplayer. Never tried it, the last time I played split-screen was a decade ago. - I like the main menu theme. The soundtrack is a 6-track album made by dBXY collective. - Works GREAT on controllers, and I really would recommend using controllers due to its steering... - The game is STRICTLY demolition-derby only (no Figure-8) with several AI types: > Normal is regular demo derby, you crash into them and they crash into you …1 found this helpful
Amazing game worth the price can get hard at times. They don't really work on the game anymore but I would love to see a comeback to the title!
