cute little game where you put random ingredients/techniques together and an AI judges your cooking. would like it if VN text was easier to go through (with a log or something) and i wish there was some sort of sandbox mode or a version of the story where you can just try to make the worst recipes possible and your family tries to help you or wonder why you want to make such bad food. Great concept for the price, just needs more. recommended.3 found this helpful
It's a fun little game. The game itself isn't long and dramatic, but it's enough to justify its price, and it also has marathon and sandbox modes. (Due to a lack of some ingredients and skill, in hard mode, if you want to try preparing a meal with at least three dishes at once, it will take at least half an hour to think, enough to keep you entertained.) While there are still many shortcomings, the concept presented at this stage is already quite good, and I look forward to future updates. The parts that I find most troublesome right now are roughly as follows: 1. The cooking class sometimes provides strange ingredients or model recipes. For example, when learning Chicken Piccata, I get ketchup from the teacher, and the model recipes also pour ketchup on the dish. But Piccata doesn't need ketchup, and I wasn't given the most important ingredients for Piccata sauce: lemon, capers, and butter. If I pour ketchup on my dish, the teacher will look sad and say that the ketchup ruins the flavor. If I simply make a white sauce with flour and seasonings, the teacher will say it tastes great… Besides that, some other dishes have similar problems, but Chicken Piccata is the most memorabl…1 found this helpful
