Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is an excellent remaster of three classic platformers. The visuals look great, the soundtrack is nostalgic, and the gameplay is just as fun and challenging as ever. Some levels can be frustrating, but overcoming them is incredibly satisfying. If you enjoy classic platformers, this collection is absolutely worth playing.1 found this helpful

100% achievements review: I would highly recommend either buying this trilogy and only play Crash 1, or just go ahead and buy Crash 4. Crash 2 and 3 suck ♥♥♥♥. Whoever made those games I genuinely hope you never work or help in a video game studio ever again. I would love to see you morons try and complete Stormy Ascent with the platinum time trial, or even just 100% any of these games. You are retarded. These games are good, and my 2nd time getting all achievements for these games. And even though Crash 4 is notoriously known to be more difficult than this original trilogy, its much more fun, has better gameplay controls, and is much more fair. These games genuinely make me wonder if a mentally ill asylum patient was let loose and was hired to make these games. Only buy on sale, unless you're a hard core Crash Bandicoot fan

I briefly tried Crash Bandicoot on the original PlayStation years ago, but it was never really my kind of game then, and this remake has not changed that. I am therefore reviewing it as someone without strong nostalgia for the series and trying to separate my personal taste from the quality of the remake.[/i] [hr][/hr] I have been gaming since the 1980s, have played thousands of games across PC and consoles, and have written close to 500 Steam Curator reviews. Platformers are not automatically a problem for me, but Crash Bandicoot belongs to a very particular style of platforming built around narrow paths, fixed camera angles, memorisation and precise jumps. That style has never clicked with me. The N. Sane Trilogy includes complete remakes of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.
