Craterbound

simple yet satisfying just exploring the world with lofi in the background. very cozy if you know what youre doing

With a great deal more time spent in development, Craterbound might have become good. The foundation is there. But it was abandoned long before reaching a playworthy state.

Thought this looked great and had potential. sadly there are too many bugs in it to enjoy, got bored with falling through the floor and out the sandbox, and enemy critters randomly spawning in front and behind you in a newly cut tunnel, also there appeared to be an invisible barrier preventing you from shoot enemies in tunnels and even on build structures. the energy drain from your weapon also killed this game as you'd literally have to choose between shooting enemies or mission because you couldnt do both because of the heavy drain on yr energy the gun made. sadly its not been updated in 3years and its a shame because it would be a good game if the aforementioned bugs were addressed.

Plays more like a demo or an early-game build. The biggest gripe is how unwieldy the character movement is. It's an absolute chore trying to get out of pits you dig or fall into, since the "climbing" physics is just so jank. The UI is overly simplistic to the point of frustration; it lacks even a simple navigation/map UI so good luck going caving and figuring out wherever the heck you are.
