Cursed Isle

Entertaining boss fights and a nicely put togetehr experience, definitely will play more from this dev!! Well optimised and ran very well on my system.

Short cute little game with some pretty fun combat.

super entertaining little game and the boss fights were very fun!

Short, linear as it says, and a bit of a challenge. Some more difficult fights will require you to combo abilities (curse for increased damage, then hit with fireball or chain lightning before curse wears off, repeat). I died at the 2nd Level "Magma Boss" and didn't feel like restarting so that's where I ended but I don't think it goes on much longer than that. Kinda feels like it's going for pirate themed soulslike, but it's not incredibly hard or anything. For free, it's very much worth giving a try.

None of the attacks work. Both the main attack or any of the special attacks. The sword sound effects are heard when attacking, but the sword does not physically appear on screen, nor do any of the enemies take damage when you attack. The gun [i]does[/i] work, but again it does not physically appear on screen and you only start out with 5 shots, making it impossible to progress. Very strange.

Fun little indie game to try. Arrr.
