About CyberCook

"Savor the flavor... it’s to die for!"

Welcome to Cybercook, Where the customer is... always on the menu. In this retro cyberpunk world, you’re the chef at a twisted restaurant serving the ultimate delicacy: human meat. Use your precision slicing skills to carve up your customers, each with their own shady backstory. Over 10 days, you’ll learn just how dark their lives really are and decide whether to end it with a slice or make them kill themselves.

 • Precision Slicing Mechanic: Your blade, your rules. Every cut is exact, and every slice a new regret.
 • Your Choices, Their Problem: Kill, manipulate, or steal memories. Your choices shape their fates... and your nightmares.
 • Unfolding NPC Stories: Five twisted characters, each with secrets to spill (or guts?).
 • Mysterious Puppet Master: Follow (or defy) the ominous voice steering you toward a truth sharper than your knife.
 • Slice for Fun (Because Why Not?): Need a break from ethical dilemmas? Bonus levels let you indulge in pure slicing mayhem, no strings attached. It’s chaos, it’s cathartic, and yes, it’s technically “cooking.”Welcome to Cybercook, where the only thing on the menu is regret. (And maybe a side of salad.)

Players praise the game's dark, atmospheric aesthetic and melancholic vibe that evokes titles like Pathologic, along with its music and interesting concept, but are frequently frustrated by technical issues including broken progression, poor control customization (no sensitivity or rebinding options), and awkward gameplay mechanics. The cooking system and platforming feel clunky and disconnected from the overall experience, with some encountering game-breaking bugs that prevent advancement, leading most critics to recommend spending money elsewhere despite the creative ambition behind the proj

This is a platformer game. You must climb up using square platforms. Extremely simple. The cooking part is useless, as it has zero influence on the game. Cons:

You can NOT change mouse sensitivity!!!
No way to rebind keys
Movement is extremely floaty (Thus annoying)
The cooking is useless, and bypassable
Extremely crude gameplay and graphics
Pros:

Very cool vibe/ambience
Amazing cutting mechanism
Easy achievements
Short (3.4h of gameplay while making a map for the game, and playing 3x times to the end for achievements)
Conclusion: I don't see a reason to recommend this game. Plot isn't deep, it's void of meaning. Spend your money elsewhere.

Love the atmosphere and the music in this game; it is so dark and melancholic; there is no hope and I like that. Reminds me of Pathologic. Well done, guys!

Just beat the game with the true ending and 6/9 achievements. A chill retro style cyberpunk horror game with a large open world cyberpunk city map and different dream worlds you can enter to save certain characters. Its a super chill walking simulator really liked it!

Aesthetics of the game kinda bleeds together, makes it hard to tract stuff, it is obvious there is room for much needed improvement. Alas, it is still a interesting concept.

Does the first 10 minutes of the game makes you question yourself about what's even this game's deal? Yup. Also, yes parkours and platforms are a little bit hard and yes I'm not the best suited person to play those but feeling the atmosphere and staring the music boxes for minutes was really pleasant. I didn't finished the game completely but its seems promising regarding the narrative aspect. The overall feeling is that you can feel the creators behind this game tried something to make you feel certain emotions. I can't see this game fitting to every kind of people but I would at least suggest to try it for 20 minutes to decide if it's for them or not. Thank you Vesvese and good luck with all your other projects.
Awkward controls and broken
Well, I wish I could advance from the restaurant scene at the beginning, but once I've served everyone, spoke to them and I go to speak with the shadowy figure in the back, gives me the same dialog as before and the door won't unlock (as shown that it SHOULD do that on the diagrams on the walls). Tried a couple times, tried starting a new game, different dishes, just doesn't work. Game's broke. Cutting and placing the food in the pot is extremely awkward. Just trying to get the food to touch the pan correctly so that it cooks what you want is extremely frustrating. Hopefully the cooking isn't the main element of the game... Oh look, the game's called Cyber Cook. Well, shucks. Too bad. It seemed interesting. Getting a refund.
