About DANGER! Escape Lab
DANGER: Escape Lab! revolves around a conspiracy theory about current events worldwide. Players impersonate a scientist whose role is to save his own life and possibly millions of others by stopping the outbreak. The story is presented narratively.
You will be a scientist who discovers the danger related to the possibility of leak virus outside the laboratory. To avoid a global pandemic, the growing threat must be stopped as soon as possible. The fate of the entire world lies in the hands of the scientist and his knowledge. Do your best not to let the virus leak. It will paralyze the whole world and take hundreds of thousands of lives.

Unique elements:
- It allows players to discover an environment that imitates real science facility, inaccessible to almost every human being on the planet. Full of diverse puzzles that require logical thinking, exploring the environment, manual skills, and a bit of out of the box approach.

The developers made sure to achieve maximum immersion for the players through detailed scenes, dozens interactive objects in each room (both meaningful for the game progress and less important items for players to have fun with). Easy to learn controls allow players to forget about the real world around them.
- DANGER: Escape Lab! offers replayability which is unique in the genre. The game has three different endings that depend on the number of secrets discovered. The player is awarded one, two or three stars upon completing a story in time.

Ok so i have now completed this and i have to say the constant droning of the 2nd degree contamination is annoying. The game is functional and nowhere near as janky as other vr escape games (im looking at you onskull) however do you know why escape rooms jump in and give you little hints? Because nobody likes to lose these things and you're much more likely to recommend it to a friend if you walk away happy than if you walk away frustrated. either a mild hint system or something would go a long way but that said it needs more than 6-10 puzzles to make it interesting. i would say this is more like a just below good experience than the bad one the thumbs down suggests but its asking would i recommend someone spend money on this game and the answer is mostly no.2 found this helpful

Yet another janky escape room game. The controls leave you being catapulted across the room at the opening of a cupboard, and there is no clue whatsoever about what to do or where to go, leaving you rummaging your hands around in the walls looking for the "filter." Surely someone working in a lab would know where their equipment is?
I really like the idea of this game, but I encountered a few problems. I played this game on a oculus quest 2 with link cable. The first time I played I think I bugged the game, I threw some stuff around in the lab. Went into decontamination and after that I was unable to re enter the lab, which I had to story wise. So I had to restart the game. Second time I played it went alot better and I really enjoyed it (did not throw stuff through the lab this time), however a little bit into the game I got stuck between a chair and a desk and the game crashed. Upon restarting the game i saw that my progress had not been saved so I had to start over again. So third time I started the game I wanted to make sure i saved the game after every puzzle, but I could not see the option anywhere? I tried to see if the game is saved if you quit manually, but it did not save. So now I have to start again for a fourth time and I guess I will just have to play the game in one go? I hope I am smart enough and don't take 5 hours to do so, also would suck if the game would crash again. If there is an option to save your game this game would already become way better.
I really wanted to enjoy this game, but it just kept throwing something at me that ruined the experience. The game repeatedly sent me back to main menu and deleted my save, hand physics were really poor and frustrating to grab, drawers and other physics based objects usually blasted you across the room, and the framerate and quality left a lot to be desired. The puzzles weren't difficult in the sense that they were satisfying to solve, rather they were tedious but simple. After getting the keycard and calculating the pincode, I still couldn't get through the first door, and searched for 20 minutes for a key in all of the buggy drawers. Wasn't fun and made me frustrated.
