This game really makes you FEEL like a DEI manager.

[h1]Choose your [i]slightly[/i] different ending, not adventure[/h1] When I first looked at this game, I thought, "Oh, this'd be a great experience to see what the harmful and beneficial DEI policies." Sadly, I only was able to see the harmful. Instead of being able to see both types of DEI policies, something that has some educational benefit, the developer only focused on the detrimental. Rather than having slightly different routes or messages depending on player actions, it just tunnels the player through the [b]same story[/b], just giving the player a [i]slightly[/i] different ending and achievements if they went full totalitarian. Despite this criticism, I've chosen not to refund this game, since I did feel that I got $1.59 (discounted) worth out of this game. [h3]A note to the developer:[/h3] This game's concept is great. As someone who hopes to become a business consultant, I was hoping to learn more on what DEI policies work and what don't. Though I understand wanting the studio to fail, Brenda and Chad did far too much damage themselves, giving players feedback, either in the form of tailored messages (in CC or email) or changes in events (like Maya or Dave White not…

I've been on the receiving end of too many of these announcements. It's depressingly accurate. Still fun though. But depressing.

A funny game that hits close to home

This is a very educational game on how companies work and why things haven't been working for a long time. 10/10 would DEI again. Also, I'd want a version where its not a game studio but an actual megacorporation for a sequel.
