Defeat the demons by utilizing your whip action and sub weapon! ◆ Whip Control You can swing the whip around with the attack button + shift key.
This allows you to protect yourself in a situation where you're surrounded by enemies.
◆Hook Action Defeating weak enemies sends them to heaven as a hook.
Hitting the hook with your whip will rapidly pull you to the hook.

Devil Dumper Doris is a charmingly janky love letter to the classic Castlevanias, and it has whipped its way into my heart. It may be rather glitchy, but combine that with the silliness of the game and the developer's love of Castlevania that permeates every aspect, it's hard not to fall in love with it. Devil Dumper Doris is legitimately fun to play as well, to the point that I've done some speedrunning. My current personal best is 26 minutes 17 seconds, but there's a *lot* of time to save. Even if just for a single playthrough, it's worth the price of entry for a very unique experience.4 found this helpful

its a good game but sadly, the animation and the gameplay sometimes is too broken, like when you fall is instant falling, no smooth jump, but its still a good game tho
Come for a title that seems silly, stay for a wonderfully thought out tribute to Castlevania. May look rough around the edges, and it really is, but there is something so charming about Doris. The game has some good ideas and is worth completing to the end.
