you need to add support for 2 joystick like in really life, was really annoyed as i wanted to have that immersive feeling, please add support for dual joysticks thanks8 found this helpful
Works OK on the steam deck. I honestly recommend purchasing this if you are about to rent an excavator! It isn't at all like driving the real deal, but if you set the controls to ISO you do get a basic familiarity with how it works, and i think that saved me an hour or two of frustration in real life! I remember a professor of something like Computational geology rambling about "the three states of particulate matter and the complexities of how gravel transitioned between them depending on angles, vibrations and a host of other factors" i was a bit curious how this simulator handled all that. The right answer is "it doesn't, but it is still kind of interesting." All in all, if you are curious how an excavator works and want to spend very little money on an acceptable simulation, i say buy this! The development seems to have stagnated, and that's a pity, because the controls could need some more work, i wish there were more levels and so on, but it is still OK as it is.2 found this helpful
So the excavation mode on ISO is pretty accurate to the controls I've use before on equipment but the loader controls are completely atrocious. If you are using a controller (which I do) your LB and RB buttons should be forwards and backwards with the left joystick for only steering. The front bucket on the right joystick needs to be reversed (Pushing up brings bucket down, Pushing down brings bucket up) Quality of life fixes otherwise I would give it a thumbs up.1 found this helpful
Needs more camera control and it would be nice switching faster between cameras (you have to wait out the animation), but otherwise ok. It has 8 levels, some extra promised as "coming soon", but I have the gut feel they won't be coming.
I love this game and we need more episodes
Pretty fun!! The digging feature is really satisfying!
