About Down To One
Start with nothing in an abandoned militarized zone and scavenge your way to victory against other players in this realistic survival shooter with physics-based gunplay and dynamic environmental looting. Customizable perks, full-body immersion, and a netcode that adapts to player count make every brutal round feel competitive and responsive.
Core Features:
- Realistic Bullet Physics: With physics values from real-world guns, bullet drop, and dynamic bullet penetration, ranged combat has never felt so good.
- Dynamic Looting: Everyone loves looting. With custom loot spawning mechanics, you'll find things where they should be.
- Customization: Play how you want to - take perks that let you knock players weapons out of their hands, play dead to confuse your opponents, and much more.
- Built For Performance: With support for 4K resolution, 64bit-only systems and DX11, your hardware won't get bored easily.
- Advanced 'Netcode': Our networking system dynamically changes network update rates - 'tickrate' - as the player count decreases throughout a round.
- Dedicated Servers: Don't settle for games hosted on someone's dial-up. Our high performance dedicated servers will make multiplayer feel like you're at a LAN.
- Immersive Interaction: Interact with anything you find in the environment with & use it to your advantage.
- Full Body Character: It's hard to have an immersive experience as a floating pair of hands. In Down To One, what you see is what you get.
- Improved Anticheat: With a custom anticheat system, and authoritative networking features, we're aiming to tackle cheating head-on.
- Responsive Input: Raw input sampling and competitively calibrated sensitivity. If you miss, it's not our fault.
- Esports Support: With support for LAN play, custom server rules, and private servers, we're putting the competition into survival.

It’s hard for me to say much about this game because it’s designed for multiplayer, but nobody plays it, and I’m not at all surprised, because the first thing that struck me was that our character just slides across the ground ❌❌❌ Verdict: [b] Terrible [/b], [strike] Bad [/strike], [strike] Mediocre [/strike], [strike] Decent [/strike], [strike] Good [/strike] , [strike] Very Good [/strike] (Rating scale for short games, retro indie simulator games and similar) [quote]If you'd like to see more of my reviews, you can find them on my curator page:[url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45994324/admin/reviews_manage/]CuratorKingViking[/url] and on my group: [url=https://steamcommunity.com/groups/CuratorKingViking]GroupKingViking[/url] If you have any questions about my reviews, feel free to ask.I'm happy to answer them. Down to One is Down to NONE! Can't seem to host a server and never are any servers hosted. Unless you want a single player vs snakes, desert walking simulator....but even then you can't get far before your player character goes into a full body seizure that breaks your controls entirely allowing you to only move in one direction. Menus are busted as well...something as simple as the DISCONNECT/QUIT button doesn't even work. Save your money!
