TLDR: I recommend the game but for now there isnt a lot to do or play with, so buy this game knowing that and for chaos with friends! (also be warned, big spiders) I got this game from my friend Liz_Okami as part of the Tidal Splash festival and played it with a crew of 6 people. The game itself has similar gameplay to Lethal company but at the same time is unique in the way it plays, gameplay is fun but doesnt have a lot of depth yet, and engine breakdowns, tentacles taking fish or holding your ship stuck or fuses being blown were VERY common which can get kinda repetetive and more of an annoyance than fun minigames or things you can do. The ship controls are very jerky and janky at first but i got more used to them after a while as the captain. My biggest grievance by far, is MASSIVE VERY HIGHLY DETAILED SPIDERS. And no arachnophobia mode or warnings in the game itself which was an unwelcome surprise.1 found this helpful
This is the bestest game I have played in my 2 years of life. I have never been happy until now, this game fulfills my heart to the point that I need to stab myself to death. 100% would recommend.
This game is much less of a horror game than I expected and much more of a chaotic co-op survival experience—and honestly, that's what made it so fun. Playing with friends creates plenty of hilarious moments as everyone scrambles to catch fish, repair the boat, fight off tentacles, and keep everything running before the ship sinks. I highly recommend playing this with friends rather than solo. Managing everything alone can become overwhelming since you have to steer the boat, repair damage, maintain the engine and electrical systems, kick away the tentacles, and catch different fish using rods designed for specific fishing spots. The teamwork is definitely the best part of the game. I also really like the game's art style and atmosphere. It's unique, charming, and creates a fun mix of tension and comedy rather than pure horror. That said, the game currently has a lot of bugs and several quality-of-life features that would make the experience much smoother. Current issues and suggestions: - The in-game voice chat frequently bugs out (pressing F1 usually fixes it). - The game crashed several times during our playthrough. - Keybindings can't be customized. - The individual player …
